Eastpoint Retail Park is situated 1.5 miles south east of Nottingham city centre in a highly prominent location on the A612 dual carriageway.

The A612 Daleside Road is the principal route into Nottingham from the east, connecting Nottingham’s north eastern metropolitan area with the city centre, and the A60 and A52 north and south arterial routes.

Approximately 25,000 vehicles drive past the retail park every day, with on average 11,000 vehicles already visiting the scheme every week. The property is located within an established out of town commercial hub. The A612 also provides direct access to Nottingham Racecourse and Greyhound Stadium, located 0.5 miles east of the retail park.
